positions 11 through 50 listed song title only.  
The transcript of this chart includes artist information 
for positions 11 through 50, based on 'best guess' 
information concerning records issued at the time with the 
appropriate title.  It was quite common at the time for
several artists to release competing versions of the same
song at the same time.
