NOTE: For #33, "My Coloring Book", several different versions were in
release simultaneously, and 4BC rotated the artist credit from week to week.
This week, credit went only to Kitty Kallen, but the LW and 'weeks on'
columns from future charts make it clear that the Sandy Stewart and
George Chakiris versions charted simultaneously.

This was the only week Kallen's version was actually listed on a 4BC chart;
in future weeks the credit would rotate between Chakiris and Stewart only.
The database reflects this being the final week that Kallen version charted on 4BC.

At #17, "Desafinado" was rotated from week to week between the Stan Getz/
Charlie Byrd version and the Si Zentner version. Though only the Getz/Byrd
version is listed on this week's chart, the LW and 'weeks on' columns
from future charts make it clear that the Zentner version charted
simultaneously.
