NOTE 1: This is the first CKFH "No. 2 Survey". These
surveys were printed on Thursdays in the "After Four"
section of the Toronto Telegram during early to mid-1968,
usually right below the CHUM survey. This iteration of
the CKFH survey only lasted until August 8, 1968.
NOTE 2: There is no number 1 record in this survey.
With every other station in town proclaiming themselves
as the "Number One" station, CKFH trumpeted itself as
Toronto's "Number 2" station....and consequently, the
highest position on their chart was number 2.
